This office chair is a really great chair! It is comfy! And has a built in massage which is super cool! Also has a heater for those that get cold! It’s adjustable in every way you can think. It reclines and has a foot rest! Good value for the price! Only disadvantage is the plug for the heat and massage, it’s a little hard to be working and remember it’s plugged in not to back up so quick and unplug it! Only disadvantage to this chair

5 stars recommendation!!! This office massage chair exceeded my expectations! It took me only 30 minutes to install as a woman, and it was a breeze. The wheels roll very smoothly and the chair doesn't wobble at all. The leather material feels premium and breathable, and there's no bad smell. The ergonomic design provides excellent support and is very comfortable even for long periods of sitting. The cushions are very soft and firm, and the good lumbar support prevents back pain. The built-in massage function has just the right vibration intensity, which is great for relieving stress during breaks from work and gaming. The remote control is also simple and easy to understand.Overall, this is definitely a super affordable combination of comfort, functionality, and excellent quality for those who sit at a desk for a long time. Super value for money!

I've had this chair for six months now, and overall, it's very comfortable. The only downside is the wheels—they were pretty bad (minus one star). Still, I wasn’t about to return the chair over that, it's still worth keeping. It’s a wide chair with plenty of room, and the footrest is great. The massage feature is just a few vibrating points, but it's a nice touch. I did end up spending another $17 on a set of Holkie Office Chair Rollerblade Wheels (https://a.co/d/cYu6NTG - this chair uses 11mm stems), and now it rolls like a dream. I store the remote and plug in the little pocket on the back of the chair when not in use. I’m not sure it’s truly worth $180, but I’m happy with it.

I have waited for a few months before ordering this chair. I finally pulled the trigger and did it. The chair came in we got it all put together, and well I am 5'5 about 120 lbs. and well it does not lower down far enough for me. I look like a little kid with my legs dangling so I had to get a small foot stool to rest my feet on. Now I have used the chair for about a week and the heat and massager stopped working all together like there is absolutely no power to it. I am waiting on a response from the company now, but I will be returning it. Overall, the chair is great and is super comfortable and I love the footrest. Let's just hope they stand behind their product.UPDATE: As of March, The company and amazon are working with me to try to solve the issues mentioned above.

The chair looks really nice, but it’s not strong build quality. The arm rest keeps collapsing. However, it’s very soft and comfortable. The massager is just a vibrator and it’s not good. The heat is nice.

I assembled this chair alone (i’m a petite woman), so that should tell you how easy it was to put it together!The heater and vibrating options are great, and there’s a pocket in the back of the chair to keep the remote.It can recline and provides great back support! Wheels are great and roll fairly well on my carpet.My main advice is for people who enjoy chairs with more soft and mushy cushions: this one has a bit more of a firm support to it. I tend to not like firm cushions, but this has been great for my back. It helps me be really productive!

I am completely satisfied with this iitem. It is big and beautiful. I purchased the off white for my home office. The quality, comfort and ergonomic features of the item is value for money. I LOVE ITTTT!!!
