If you are someone who only makes waffles once in a while, this book is not for you. But if you are obsessed with stuffed waffles and you have them every day, you'd enjoy the sheer amount of waffle ideas in the book. I can't even count them all. I tried a few of the recipes. Satisfaction doesn't even come close. The texture of the stuffed waffles recommended in this book are just right. The online recipes fail to capture those nuances, the ideal taste and texture, but this book can.

The cookbook has many fabulous recipes for the family to create and share mealtime fun! The recipes are easy to read and most ingredients are easily found in your cupboard or refrigerator. The only limiting factor would be your imagination on what you can 'stuff in a waffle'.

At first I was skeptical about stuffed waffles being feasible at home. However, all of the recipes we have tried are delicious and easy to make in our stuffed waffle maker. The ingredients are easy to find at our local grocery store and we had a lot of fun making dinner as a family. There is a good variety of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'd never heard of stuffed waffles before, but I love waffles, so after I saw the photo on the cover of this cookbook, I was intrigued. I found the book to be well-written and thorough, going over the basics of waffle making and the stuffing techniques. There are various batter recipes and tons of recipes for fillings, from sweet to savory. All in all a great cookbook!

The recipes are simple with ingredients you already have in your kitchen. I liked that there is a gluten-free option and a vegan option. The recipes all sound so yummy, and I'm excited to try them. The only negative is that the font size is too small, and there are formatting issues throughout, at least on the Kindle version.
