I had high hopes for the boAt Immortal Katana Blade 2.0, but it’s been a huge letdown. I already claimed warranty once because the magnet came out after just 3–4 minor falls—something that should not happen with a so-called “gaming-grade” earbuds. boAt did replace it, but now the exact same issue happened again, just a few weeks later.This shows that the build quality is extremely poor, and clearly, the problem hasn’t been fixed in the product design. Earbuds at this price should be able to withstand basic usage without parts falling apart.Very disappointed. I won’t recommend this to anyone looking for durability or long-term value. boAt seriously needs to work on product quality and not just flashy design.

After 4 months of usage product suddenly stopped working.. Soundd is good and audio is also nice ..But not useful more months it automatically stops workin
