Mess free, pleasant smell for night time use. I have sciatica issues, and at night they tend to cause me pain if I've been on my feet all day and it's nice that I can use this at night and it doesn't have as strong of an odor as a regular icy hot.

Smells good u like the original, but for sure not as strong. Can barely feel it.
