The Lovita bee propolis is top rate. I don't mind the taste and I do believe it is helping my immune system to keep my healthy. I work in a schoola and so far haven't even had a cold this year. It doesn't bother my sensitive stomach either.

So doing the math, at minimum 1ml dose, you'll have 30 days supply. The dropper is not marked in ml's and it would have been helpful, but from my experience, this "seems" to be 1ml per dropper or...1/5th of a teaspoon...This has all the good ingredients to look for in a bee Propolis. The taste is slightly sweet, but kind of med-icine-y if that makes sense. The liquid is in good condition with no separation. This comes with a plastic seal for safety.Mine is marked with an expiration date of January 2027, so 2 years shelf life, which is good.If you haven't taken a bee product before, just know that it's possible to have allergy to it. Please look up info before taking.I feel this is a good value for a wonderful quality product.
