Didn't work for me
Melatonin products don't work for everyone. I slept maybe 2-3 hours then would wake up. So I threw the rest of the bottle away.

Love this product!
I really love this particular version of melatonin for when I need a little extra help falling asleep. It definitely works! I personally prefer a tablet to swallow rather than the gummies that a lot of brands produce for melatonin because I take it right before bed and don’t want chewy things on my teeth right before sleep. It’s small and easy to swallow. I love that it has the quick/slow release design and it really does seem to work for me!
