I got this because I read it was good if you have a hard time staying asleep at night. I usually wake up nearly every 2 hours and it's exhausting. I haven't been taking it long but I have observed two things that seem to result from taking this supplement.The first is the last 2 nights I have slept through the night. It's the first time in a long time and taking this supplement daily before bed is the only change I've made, so that's great because that's why I bought itThe second thing is a bit less desired lol. 2 days after I started taking this I found myself having to urgently go to the toilet... Frequently. That has tapered off with use but I'm certain it was a result of this.

I've been using this product and many others form Nutrition geeks for probably a year now and they really are high quality supplements. I highly recommend everyone out there to add this to there daily supplementation because it really does help get that much needed rest at the end of the day.

I have not ever really been an individual that has ever felt a need to use dietary supplements. However, now that I am in my late sixties, I find that they may have some use. Take these Magnesium Glycinate 3-in-1 complex capsules, for example. J have been using them for about a week - two capsules with a glass of water before I go to bed - I find that the quality of my sleep seems better, and that the 'restless leg syndrome' that has plagued me has abated. I am a dog walker, and I do suffer from joint aches and pains, muscular stiffness and cramps, and these really seemed to have made a difference.In saying this, the negative side to their usage is that, as others have stated, I have suffered from diahorrea since taking them. It's not such an issue, and is nit enough to stop me from persisting with using the supplement, but if it dies get problematic, I shall abstain.

I have always had poor sleep, take ages getting off, waking lots and not being able to get back off. Heard so much about these so thought what have I got to loose. Absolutely fantastic, take an hour before I want to sleep and I can feel myself drifting off and when I wake in the night it doesn't take anywhere near as long to get back off.

Really helped with my sleep quality and concentration during the day. Quality packaging with a good seal to keep fresh

Severe allergic reaction - hives and rash all over body…although I have heard and read great views on them unfortunately they have not worked for me.Initially got them because of my RLS, but unable to sleep due to RLS and unable to sleep because of hives and constant need to scratch is the same 🙈🙈Had only managed to have 4 tablets (1 a day) and noticed symptoms pretty much from day 2…ignored it and carried on for a further 2 days…which is why I’m awake at half 4 in the morning sending this 🤣So not a win for me but each body to their own!

I’ve been taking this product for a couple of weeks now, and I’m only taking 1 tablet. I have definitely noticed my head is a lot quieter when it’s time for bed and my restless leg syndrome has definitely stopped when taking these tablets.I cant say at the minute I have noticed a reduction in fatigue/ boost in energy or better sleep but I could try and take 2 tablets.Now these tablets are on the large side however, as someone who often struggles to take tablets I do not struggle to take these capsules. As they are capsules you do also have the option breaking the capsules and mixing it with a drink.Overall I do think these tablets work for me to help calm my mind and help with my RLS.
