Review for Charger Model - PS-U-65W - 65W Universal Laptop AdapterThe charger does its job well.I am using it for nearly 1 week now to charge my Acer Aspire A515-51 laptop, after the original charger developed a loose connection issue and it eventually died.Observations:1. Box Packing is good2. Multiple adapters are provided to fit into your desired laptop model (see attached photo).3. I used the 19v P7 adapter which fits into my laptop charger port. It does not fit tight, there is a slight left-right movement, although it is not loose either.4. It is a 65 W charger (same as my original, I had checked before buying this one)5. Charging time is approx. 1 hr to reach 100% from battery low indicator warning (30% in my case)6. A blue light indicator lights up after a second or two when it is switched on. I think there is inbuilt delay to turn on the charger for protection.7. Heats up while charging, which I think is normal.8. It seems to be capable of multiple voltages - 5v/9v/12v/15v/18.5v/19v/19.5v/20v. This might be based on the adapter plug used or automatic, but I have not tried it on other devices. Be careful of over-voltage burnout when using this feature.Hope this review helped you!Thanks for reading!

This is not working with my Acer Aspire 3 15 model. It is waste money. There is no option for return. Can the product store help me for return and refund?

The product is genuine and is value for money. Eight pins are there.However for my ASUS laptop model the compatible pin is a little lose (Not fully fits the female). Despite that charging is fine. And sing other 7 pins are there that I can use for other laptops so, value for money wise the product is excellent in the long term. The length of the cord is also appropriate. One should note that the original ASUS AC adapter has very short chord, and is very "tender".This product on the other hand is sturdy, has LED indicator also.One more thing, I received the Ru2k charger of ASUS from a shopkeeper in Rs 2400, However this universal AC adapter has MRP of 2190, but is available on Amazon in just 999, that too with delivery in just 2 days!.Now, one can understand why Amazon is better.Excellent product!

My previous charger was too old and I needed a replacement. This works great. No overheating and easy to use and change the pins for the different laptops. No need to carry different chargers for different laptops anymore.

This (P5) did not fit my ASUS laptop. I won't agree that this is universal.

I got this product all type of ports in one. Helpful for me.

I should haven't bought this first of all after seeing the the review. This charger is not at all working. When i connect with customer care, they told me that i need to take this to service center for replacement. For returning this 1k product , i may need to put 2k petrol for my car which is really irritating.

Best thing is the various switchable connector types are all L-shaped which greatly reduces the stress on the connection point increasing durability. Was a major problem with my last Universal charger where the connector would take the weight of the entire cable and develop loose connections due to bent pins within a matter of weeks. I have been using this for couple of months now and 0 problems.Y510p is a 2013 model that requires 90W charger. When official Lenovo Stores in the middle of a metropolitan city have never heard of this model or have any charger with the required kind of connector this was the only option available to me. If you're wondering how I'm using 65W adapter for 90W device, luckily for me my dedicated GPU died long ago and it's been running on integrated graphics so the 65W this provides is plenty enough for powering the CPU and rest of the device. If your device needs more than 65W and you have a rare model for which chargers are hard to find then this CAN serve you in a pinch for urgent needs but not a good long term solution for high power usage.
