Didn’t know I needed this!
This thing is so handy!It’s one of those things that you didn’t know you needed until you have it!I will do just about anything to avoid wrestling with ratchet straps. I’m able to reach for this thing over my regular straps for general use!

Good value for the money
Excellent product. Especially for the money. Very good value. Holds my gas cans firmly in place. Fits my silverado truck bed perfectly. If you need to retain very heavy loads get something more industrial quality. Otherwise this is a good buy.

It will hold…
This one does exactly as advertised. It really holds everything in place and the ratching action makes it awesome and a perfect fit. It is so nice not to have to crawl up on the truck as least not as often. But this holds or is holding everything in place. Definitely have so other uses for this bar!

Not bad, but could use improvement
I bought this after a 5 gallon can of gas tipped over and spilled in the bed of my 2017 Ram gushing out over the exhaust. Fortunately no damage resulted, but bungees don't always work. Lesson learned.I looked around for a better answer and selected this due to the price-point and features. I ordered it and when it arrived it didn't have the net. I tried just getting the net sent but the Amazon system can't apparently process that simple request and had to send the thing back. A hassle to do, but they did get the correct replacement sent quickly.Okay. I got the bar out and stretched it across the bed. I wasn't real impressed with the ratchet and trying to get the bar positioned easily but managed. Now, the net.The net is held onto the bar by cotter pins. Hmmmm, but okay. On first use the cotter pin on one end snapped out and was a b to get back in while extended. Grrrr. Still, I got it done, and the 5 gallon cans did stay put without spilling.Overall, it needs a few improvements in design. The value is there at the price with the features so I took it on balance with the cotter pin issue and ratchet being clunky. It does appear to be better made than other cheap bars I've had in the past and is eaily stored in the bed tool box when not in use.
