Q: Why has the price gone up so much in 6 weeks? £13 to £20

Hello, Thanks for the question, the normal retail price is £21, we often reduce the price and sell the item for a loss to try and keep the Amazon's Choice badge. At the moment we are unable to send any items into the warehouse and we don't know when we will be able to next, so currently the price is nearly in line with its full retail price. So that you know Amazon block sellers who over inflate their pricing. Kind regards

They are approx 4cm x 1.5cm - not fair off the size of a supermarket firefighter - if you use decent kindling I have only once had to use 2 of them - otherwise one is perfect in our log burner and I will be using them in the summer for BBQ and pizza oven - much happens not having the chemical smell!

Depends on your definition of near. Mine are stored with my logs in a jar approximately 2ft from my wood burner, no odour or loss of performance.

Q: Hi, are these the exact same thing i buy from co op for £1 for 50? So £4 for 200. Ive done the maths for you as these say £21 for 200.

They are not the same. These are made of natural wood chip with natural wax And are odourless whereas the co op ones are synthetic impregnated with with a type of petroleum which I think smell when lit. They also seem to give off a black smoke which stains the glass doors of wood burners. I would use co op ones for most things but not woodburner
