I'm pretty certain this supplement is what resolved a lot of my food sensitivities. I've been taking it for a couple of years and hope it will continue to help me make progress on my gut health. I buy it when it's on sale for around $32. It's a good deal for a good product that works.

These work so well for me. I take one every few days. My female health has improved greatly. I am peri menopausal and am glad to stumble onto a supplement that works to restore some atrophy I was beginning to experience, so that I don't have to go to through the hassle of HRT, which is my personal preference to avoid due to I don't want the added stress/hassle and costs associated. Plus some medical history that makes me not a great candidate. If you're looking for something to help with atrophy and restoration, give these a try.

Garden of Life supplements are my go to. We actually sell their products in the health and wellness store that I work at. They are Organic and Non GMO. They also have the Enzyme blend labeled on the back of the bottle to ensure you that whatever is in them, is alive! When buying Vitamins ALWAYS make sure they are Non GMO and Organic and they must have the Enzyme blend listed on the bottle. If they don't, they are high heat processed so therefore, they will not be doing what they should be, they are dead, which most brands are. So in other words you are throwing money down the toilet. That is not the case with these products. They are very good quality.

There are brands with more billions but this brand has 16 strains. Awesome for digestion and regulation, from someone who has to watch what they eat or face an intestinal flareup. Seriously, my friend takes yogurt, probiotic drinks like Activia, etc. and this product actually works. They took it for a week straight and felt great, now in maintenance mode taking less occasionally. More expensive than most brands but works. Not medical advice but my friend was considering a colonoscopy and treatment, etc. before this product.
