It's gorgeous product
It's best for cold purpose only. If u heat it for more than 5 mins. It may get leakage problem so be careful with heating. But gel is packed with pure organic gel really it's amazing. And I love wonderful cooling. I kept in deep freezer for 3 hours and I used only for 30mins. after 30mins the cooling will be decreases slowly again. if we need some more for cooling means u can freeze it for 1 hours for using again for pain relief and u can use for eyes also. Anyway I love this product with 🔵 blue gel is amazing. I love that gel pack. Thank u amazon with fast delivery 🚚 I love it.

Gel looses its chill soon
The effectiveness of ice bag is more thanthis gel. Get into normal temperature in short time. Need to chill it again

Very useful
There is nothing to dislike, it serves its purpose. Quality is good n reusable. No leakage, it helps in pain relief only the size should have been bit longer because it doesn't cover my entire knee. I hv to use twice. I mean I wanted to wrap around my knee but it covers only 3/4 of my knee.

Handy
It is really useful but the heat/cold that you expect from hot water bag cannot be matched. It is useful to apply on uneven body parts like elbow or knee covering all area due to its flexibility. Heat/cold retention is not great though.

Till now used only for ice packWorking very goodYou can directly apply. If you the bag they are giving you will not get the complete cold.
